PDF files are a standard when it comes to saving documents, specially when it comes to making sure that the person that views the file can't make any changes to it. Nevertheless, creating PDFs isn't integrated in the most common editing applications. With pdfFactory we will be able to create PDF files from any program of our choice.

  pdfFactory installs in the system and emulates a printer, so when we want to create a PDF from any file we have been working on, all we have to do is chose to print the file, and choose the pdfFactory printer, this will launch the application and we will be able to see the PDF editing options.

  This PDF format document creator software is quite complete, and with it we will be able to indicate the links that will appear as hyperlinks or as text, we will be able to embed the fonts to make sure everyone can read it and even add a watermark to the documents we generate. What's more, we will be able to change the author and title of the documents metatags, or generate a PDF document with password protection to assure its confidentiality.
